Solution-oriented counseling session
In the presence of an existing issue, it is advisable to engage in a systemic, solution-oriented counseling session.
During this counseling session, conducted with either one or preferably both parents, a comprehensive analysis of the current situation is undertaken.
By employing a targeted set of specific inquiries, a shift in perspective is achieved.
This shift, coupled with a deliberate emphasis on the inherent resources within each family, culminates in the exploration of a diverse array of potential solutions.
Coaching
For those seeking to delve into specific parenting topics, I highly recommend considering coaching as an option.
The duration of the coaching sessions varies based on the intricacy of the subject matter, typically spanning from one to four sessions.
